What is that knob for??! The knob on the side of the RulerRef holds the insert into place. Since there is no official size for a pallino, The RulerRef is designed to perfectly accommodate the two most popular pallino sizes - 50mm and 60mm. The RulerRef can be used for pallini of other sizes with or without the insert. You will simply have a tighter or looser fit.
